HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Due to Covid-19, some international packages may be delayed due to routing or customs delays.

We utilize an on demand fulfillment method. This means none of our products are actually created, until you order!

We make them just for you:) 

Once your item ships, timeframes will vary. The carrier we use to ship your item will also vary depending on your location.

In most cases, items are delivered within 5 - 14 business days after being dispatched.

Shipping time exclude production time.

During off-peak months the majority of orders are processed within 4-7 business days on average and ready for shipping.
During peak seasonal months, orders are processed within 9-12 business days one average and ready for shipping.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

Changes to EU customs regulations means you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Refer to your country tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.

If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.

CANCELLATION & EXCHANGES

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Our goal is to produce a quality product for you, everytime!

For that reason, we offer a no question asked money back guarantee for ANY item purchase on our store that has a quality defect. Returns not accecpted on items that arrive un-demaged. If your item is demaged, we will offer a replacement, or a refund and let you keep the item without having to ship it back!

We offer a 30 day returns policy from date of purchase.

Please note, personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked. Shipping and insurance is non-refundable.
