All items offered on D'timeless are made-to-order.  This means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times. Keep in mind that that is also the reason why we are able to offer such amazing pricing on our products.

Shipping carrier: USPS, DHL, EMS, Local Post..

Orders will be processed once the payment is accepted.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Please note:

    1. The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping methods.
    2. Orders placed from Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii will take 7-10 more days than other US states.
    3. Delivery to military regions is currently limited. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
    4. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
    5. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
    6. For order including Canvas: will be shipped separately, each with a tracking number to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policies are not applied.
    7. When the order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.

Once an item leaves our warehouse and is handed to the carrier, the shipping process is the responsibility of the carrier.

While we do have access to tracking systems that can provide information, once a package is in the carrier network, we are unable to fulfill requests such as redirecting packages, recalling packages, or expediting shipping due to circumstances outside of our control.

   

I DIDN'T RECIEVE MY ORDER

Please email us at: hello@dtimeless.com, quoting your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. We'll help you track down your order.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?

We will do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

Changes to EU customs regulations mean you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Refer to your country's tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.

If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.

Additional Important Info

  • Tracking is available for all USA Domestic orders, and orders to around 36 international countries.

  • The tracking will be uploaded to your Shopify order by the end of the day we ship it

  • All international mail items will show no tracking updates once they have left the USA, until they have cleared customs in the destination country.

  • While we make every effort to label our shipments to assist customers with the fastest delivery, if customs charges are applied on a shipment, this is payable by the customer.

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE (PACKAGE PROTECTION)

Shipping insurance is offered at checkout. It's provided by Route insurance and covers you in case the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. To file a claim, contact our support team - hello@dtimeless.com

Please note - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
